Set resolution too high

THats what i did and no monitor will work with is how can i get it set back.

I got i to work not sure how i changed somthing in bios about changed something from pci to agp ????????who know. I tried safe mode to the monitor said out of sync or somthing like that. THanks for the reply xayd.

hmm, what OS are you using? try downloading your monitor drivers and try if that would fix it, and dont forget to adjust the refresh rate to 75+
