sb live
looking for opinions on the difference with sb live and audigy 2, is there a noticeable difference,read a few other forums some said the clarity between the two was like night and day.

I didn't notice too much of a difference. But your ears can be more sensible than mine.
What will you be using it for?

it will be for a gaming computer for my 13 year old nephew,but im going to add some z 560 speakers and i want to utilize there performance

I upgraded my SBLive! to an Audigy Gamer, and I *did* notice a difference, although not a huge one. It mostly depends on the speakers; even the Audigy2 will sound bland on a set of crappy speakers.

If you are going to use those speakers, newme, then definitely throw in the Audigy 2. If you buy the retail one it comes with games.
