Dual Monitor Adapter?
is there an adapter that enables a single vga output agp card (without a dvi out) to achieve dual monitor?

If you didnt want to have the same thing on both Monitors, then No. You would have to get a dual head video card, AFAIK

I dont know if you can get JUST a splitting cable, but they have powered units for 65$ < ++
A quick google turned up a bunch of hits, but they were all powered boxes, and I dont know how much you are willing to spend...They were pretty expensive. |

The Startech ST122 is around $50. You will need one of those and a cable to go from the VGA output to it.
