Question Singing Video Card

I've got a new Asus GeForce4 TI-4200 8x 128MB video card. I've had it for about a week. Now on start-up, the fan sings for about 15-20 sec. Then it's ok. Can this be greased or should the card go back?
Got it from newegg.

I'd recommend the return, could spell pending doom if left unchecked.

Well..after a little looking.....I greased it. I pealed the sticker back, applied a little oil with a very small paint brush to the end bearing and smoothed the sticker back over. Gone......for now.

electrotech, I'll take your advice. The buzz is back so the card is heading back to newegg.
