computer to home stereo system
anyone know of any type of equiptment that will allow you to play music off of your computer onto your home stero system?

Its fairly simple, actually. All you have to do is run a cable from your sound card main output (or front / center / rear) to the corresponding inputs on your stereo. You can find adapters, or cables with the correct plugs at Radio Shack, CC, or Best Buy.

If you want a stereo component for listening to music on your home stereo, check out the Turtle Beach AudioTron 100. It connects via ethernet, and wireless can be used, if you don't want the hassle of the cables. Its not too cheap, but its a very "clean" solution for getting your music to your stereo.
