Thinking of dual-monitors
I was thinking about getting dual monitors, but wasn't sure which direction to go in. Right now I have a 15-inch Dell 1501 FP, form an old Dell PC. Should I try searching for another Dell on ebay or somewhere, or should I just try getting two new monitors? Like 17-inchs, maybe? Any other help would be appreciated. I also don't want to spend too much money.
Thanks

Start with one 17" and go from there. I've been looking at Samsung monitors. They get great ratings in reviews.

I'd buy one new monitor and use the old one for your secondary display.

If I was to get a new 17" and keep the 15" I have now, wouldn't it be weird when I move my eyes across the screens and everything gets smaller, as I move from one screen to the other?

You can always keep it in proportion, like having your 17 inch at 1152x864 and the 15 inch at 1024x768.
