The intense competition the graphics card industry needs, and that keeps companies honest, is back.
**Heaves immense sigh of relief**
What's new for the last quarter of the year ?

yea, but its too late for a lot us. Those who just bought a Radeon 9700 PRO are stuck for a while unless they have deep pockets. This is just another paper war and it means very little besides the competition aspect.

My 9500pro card will play Doom3 at 4xAA x 2X AF.
All things maxed at 1024 x 768.
The framerate should be smooth.
It will do ( for now ) .

Okay, I will admit my true desires.
I want the holodeck of the Enterprise.
Failing that, I will buy the most intriguing video tech.
Imagination is all..!
