I downloaded them and haven't had any problems yet. Been playing Raven Shield with no problems at all.

The 3D Mark may have gone up, but is there any real world difference? Seems to be some controversy over whether the new drivers were "rigged" for benchmarks.

Benchmarks are worthless anymore with the rigging companies do to raise them.
If you look at the reviews anymore, depending on the product they are benchmarking it almost always performs better than the competetion or better than it did last time.
I am willing to bet that if they still made Yugos and they tested with a benchmark program it would perform equal to or better than a Corvette C5.

LOL

Well, I cranked up the UT2003 and went straight to the map ICETOMB. This is a map off the new Epic Games Bonus Pack that was giving my Ti4600 a hard time - slow fps and pretty choppy. Anyway, I'm getting definately improved graphics - no more choppy graphics. SO, even if there is a conspiracy to rig these drivers to purposely perform better in games than the previous drivers,

I'M HAPPY

I'll try 'em on the new rig. I'll leave this baby alone for now, seeing as how she has run almost flawless for ages.

Hey, these drivers are great.

gave me 50%+ improvement on my FX card (decided I'm a bit disappointed in it still) in 3DMark 03

Gave me nearly 25% improvement in 3Dmark 2001SE.

NOTE Only run on new build and everything at stock 'part from BIOS which is set to aggressive (have yet to see a marked difference).

but the concensus is, that Nvidias new favourite game is rigging drivers for benchmarks
