Watch TV on my computer

I have a VIVO card. I want to watch TV on my computer, and it is already connected to my VCR. I can see it through PowerDirector, but I want something that is acutally intended for TV viewing.

As stated above you can get the ATI TV wonder, but if your video card is a year or so old, replace it with the ATI ALL In Wonder card.

I meant software-wise. I just bought this Radeon 9200.

I didn't think VIVO cards did much except let you save and view video content from the net or video input from another device such as a SVideo output from your TV. I am unaware of any software solutions to what you are wanting to do. The All-in-Wonder cards are great nd I have a AIW 7500 that does a good job and has a multifunction remote to boot. But if you just got that vid card you wouldn't probably want to get one at this time, I'd guess.
