I got myself the MSI Geforce4Ti4200 w 8x and have installed the latest drivers(v41.07) from their site. But after I upgraded my OS from winME to winXP,the MSI overclocking features tab where usually in display properties was gone.I've tried to reinstall the drivers but still it won't appear.
Did anyone have this kind of problem with MSI graphics card? Please help.......~!~! |

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers from the MSI cd or even searching the cd to see if that program is on there?

I have not had that problem, but I did find that I had slightly better performance by uninstalling the proprietary drivers and then installing the nVidia drivers. THEN I used RivaTuner to overclock the card because it also has a RefreshRate fix.
http://www.guru3d.com/rivatuner/ Othewise, try uninstalling the MSI software completely and then reinstalling them again.

I've tried uninstall and install the MSI drivers from the CD,but still no oc tab.
The drivers come with that oc features....But some how I think the WinXP screw things up.. I like that oc feature coz it got the self test artifact oc. |
