identify video cards in parts bin ?
I'm planning to buy a video card from a bin of pulled used parts at a local dealer- how can I ensure thats its VGA or SVGA ( either will be fine) Thanks !

how old are these cards? unless they're like a million years old, they should be at least vga cards.

vga came out about late 80's.. about the time I started to fart dust. When did svga come out ?

About the same time. SVGA was introduced by manufacturers that didn't want to clone IBM's XGA-8514/A VGA products.
