I have a geforce 4 video card with the latest nvidia drivers but I cant figure out how to make the screen brighter by using the video card(the brightness knob on my monitor is busted). I used to have an old tnt2 video card and I could make it brighter by going into the advanced option of the display properties but now I cant figure it out with NVidias new layout. Can anyone tell me how to brighten my screen using my nvdia videocard?
Thanks, Bigron |

Right click your desktop and select Properties (or Active Desktop if enabled). On the Settings tab, click Advanced to bring up the configuration dialog for your display adapter and monitor. In this dialog, select the tab that displays the name of your display adapter (eg. GeForce2 MX/MX440). When this tab opens, it should have a thingy on the side that slides open to show you all the various configuration settings for your adapter. On this box select "nView Display Mode" from the list, and in the box that pops up, select "Device Settings>Color Correction" to access the settings you need.
