Same video file, different data rate?which is better?
I have 2 videos of the same file, same resolution, same everything except the data rate. One is 45k, the other is 105k. Which is better? the 45 k takes 128mb, and the 105k takes 290mb.

Higher bitrate allows for more detail so the 105k one should have better image quality.
