Question Which graphics card?

What graphics card should I get for an asus P4C800 DLX motherboard? I was thinking about a Radeon 9000 PRO, but I was wondering if the 9700 PRO is worth the extra money.

Yes you would see a really big difference between the Radeon 9700 compared to the 9000 because the 9700 runs on 8x and the card itself is a very high standard and not to mention a popular card.

If you are into the top lf the line games and money isn't too big of an issue, then definitely the 9700 Pro is worth it, esp. with its latest price drop.

It all depends what you are going to be using the computer for. If you run newer games, yes, there will be a big difference. For other uses, nope.

What about the 9500 PRO, it's cheaper than the 9700, but will it work well with most newer games?

It will work very well. The 9500Pro is a very good card for a very good price. It will play anything you throw at it. It is an ideal card when the 9700 is so expensive.
