Question Need Help on CD-RW and TV Tuner

I have a new computer (P4 2.2 GHz, 512 MBRAM, WINDOWS XP Home) and wanted to add a tv tuner and a CD-RW for the following purpose.
1.Watch TV on my comp
2.Transfer VHS tape videos and Analog Camcoredr video tapes onto CD

Now here are the questions,
1.The tuner I want should be able to take input from the VCR or analog Camcoder. So do I need any special feature on my tuner or any tuner would do?
2.I want to burn the CD with the video that I have stored on my Hard drive (though the process in question 1), Can all CD burn Video. Is burning a CD with video a feature of software or the hardwarde. If there are special features I should be looking for can anyone suggest any.

Thanks
Pappu

Look at the Hauppauge WinTV tuner card. No the tuner card already comes ready to connect with your VCR or camcorder. You can burn almost anything onto CD so you won't have problems burning video to CDRW. Hope that helps!
