FX and 128 bit color
what ever happened to 32/64/128 bit color nvidia said FX would have. i know it has 32 but wheres the 64/128. they said that the 128 bit color would give us "cinema graphics" "movie standard" etc. i don't own an fx card so maybe its an option but i haven't heard anyone mentioning it. I'd think it'd help alot with antialiasing and just better picture overall. what happened to it?

I think we may have 128bit when the gpu's run in the GigaHertz range.

oh ok. do you think its gonna make a huge difference compared to 32 bit or are there already so many colors we really won't tell much at all?

I think it'll be a logical step, like 8 to 16 to 32 and so on, but it will probably take a complete 64bit system, or wider, to make real-time photorealistic graphics in privately owned pc's.
