Question When I start some games, the sound automatically switches to 2 speakers, why? WHYYYY!

When I start some games, my speakers automatically switch from surround sound to only two speakers. Why is that and how can I get it so all my games use all 5 speakers? I have an Asus A7V333 motherboard with intergrated cmedia 6 channel audio.
Thanks,
Bigron

Some games do not support 5.1 channels of sound. Most only support stereo sound, but some games require that you change the settings in the game. Check the sound settings for each game to see if they support it. If not, you will just be getting 2 channel sound out of a lot of speakers.
