Is the 9800 pro worth all of the extra cash?

Does ATI make a 256? Or is that just the Saphire? I plan on getting the Aiw 9800, but i know ATi doesn't make it with 256 memory, only saphire.

Can't go wrong with Sapphire, their cards' quality is superb. ATi trusts Sapphire so much that some of the "built-by-ATi" cards are made by Sapphire.
