burning .jpgs to cd with NERO
How do I go about burning our digital camera .jpg pictures with the Nero software that came with our Liteon burner? Do you burn to disc as data or what?
please advise, Thank you, God Bless, Robert Last edited by Robertj; 08-18-2003 at 04:26 PM. |

If you burn with CD-RW disks, you can later add and remove pic's as you chose. However, another computer without the ability to read InCD may not be able to "see" the pic's. If you plan to use your disks on different computers, make sure they all read Nero's InCD format of packet writing or use CD-R's which can not be changed later.

No, that's not the way it works.
You can burn pics as data to both CD-R and CD-RW, it makes no difference. Well, the only difference is that too old CD-ROM drives (from 1996 and older, even some from 1997) can't read a CD-RW and that's all. What you refer to is packet writing, for that you need a UDF reader on the target PC. WinXP already has that built in. But unless you use InCD because you want to, it will make no difference whether you burn to CD-R or CD-RW. RJ |
