Disable Game Device

Everytime I try installing my Turtle Beach Santa Cruz my computer starts downloading the drivers but freezes when it starts installing the Game Device drivers, so I need to disable them. This can be done from accessing my Santa Cruz Control Panel, but I can't get to the panel because my computer freezes when loading windows.

Did you have a onboard sound at the time? If so try disabling those drivers from Safe mode. Also you can try putting the Turtle Beach on another PCI slot.
