Ati Video Card - Fan Information

Have an ATI Xpert 2000 Pro Video card - AGP/32MB. There is a fan mounted on a heat sink. This fan is getting loud and I can feel resistance - like a bad bearing when I turn it by hand - the fan also wobbles on the mount. This fan measures 4MMx4MM. Power supply for the fan is off the AGP board. Don't know if this is a 5v fan or a 12v fan, if it is variable speed or continuous run. An Email to ATI resulted in an automated response regarding installation, not regarding the specifics of the fan. Suggestions/information appreciated.

just run down to your local supplyer, and pick up a small chipset fan and replace it, done several that way.
