Make your own bootdisk.

Creating an XP Startup disk for booting to MS-DOS

(The MS-DOS startup disk you create will allow you to boot to
MS-DOS but contains no additional tools.)

Insert a floppy disk into your computer's floppy drive. All
of the information on the disk, if any, will be erased.

Go to "My Computer".

Right click on the A Drive and then click on Format.

Under Format options, click "Create an MS-DOS Start-up Disk".

Click Start. and the DOS Start-up Disk will be created.
