vid problems

i get screwed up 3d in games and DX-diag tests etc. linear blurrs, flickers etc.

-I RMA'd the herc. 3d prophet 4500 kyroII agp and got a new one and it still does it with the new one.
-mobo is Abit KX7-333r, my guess is either the agp slot, or the psu (not enough voltage for all the components).

-it used to work fine so psu would be my first guess, im now gonna unplug some fans etc.

what do u guys think?

edit: I booted without modem, sound, and both atapi's and it still does it so i guess its not the psu. the agp then u think?
