Hi

Yes the radeon 9600pro would be a good card but you can get a Gigabyte Radeon 9600pro for £130 from www.dabs.com

This is the card of the moment. Seems to be best performance : price ratio.

Why would sean want to order a card from the UK for $215 plus shipping and import duties?

Yes, the Ti 4200 is better than the FX 5200 despite its lack of DX9 support. While the Ti 4200 is a great card, if you can afford to spend around $150 or so, go with a Radeon 9600 Pro instead. Much better than both of those cards and offers great DX9 support.
