PowerColor Radeon vs. ATI Radeon

I was planning on getting a 9800XT for my next build, and I was just curious as to if there would be any benefit to going actual ATI 9800XT, rather than Powercolor 9800XT? It is about $5 more dollars and you get less software, but is there any reason not to buy Powercolor?

'Id say a free voucher for HL2 was worth the extra $5 but quality wise all the 'powered by ATI' manufacturers have been doing a good job.

The power color as well as all XTs come with HL2, I just go to power-color.com to apply for my copy of HL2.
