hi,
i'm trying to burn some vcds, but when i burn them there is perfect sound but the picture is black. I dont really think that it could be a codec problem as i can view these clips perfectly normally when i play them on my pc before i try to burn them. anyone got any ideas on what the problem could be? thanks, colly |

Try using VCD Easy 1.15 to burn the CD. I could never get Roxio or Nero to work.
This version is free. The site is Germany. The download is for the English version. http://www.pc-magazin.de/datatip/com...66&fileid=2245 |

hi,
ok i've downloaded the easyVCD program you put the link up for, but it only burns mpg. how do i first convert the avi file to mpg. what is the best/easiest program to use, oh it'd be great if there was a free program to download to allow me to do the conversion! thanks, colly |

This is TMPGEnc, which I use after seperating the files... Also, if the movie clips were in divx format, you will need to uncompress the sound as well |
