Cool Help!

I need help selecting a video card for a budget gaming machine. i kno it sounds wierd but i have a budget. my mobo can support up to 4x AGP. My budget for the video card is $130.00 i would like to have 256MB of DDR memory in it. I cannot find one i like and will work. Another problem is that i am using a shuttle. The power supply is 200watt. i have the SiS651 chipset but i require better memory and speed for gaming machine. i would perfer an ATI or Nvidea powered video card. any advise would be helpfull. Thank you.

Thank you so very much! It is under my budget. Since then I have found a new shuttle that supports 8x AGP so no problem there. Thanks.
