Pissed ATI all in wonder problems

I currently own an ATI All-in-Wonder 9600 Pro along with a
m-audio revolution 7.1 soundcard. In order to get sound for the card, I must plug in an input cord from the video card to the sound card. I have done this many a time and yet when I go to the TV portion of ATI Media Center, I cannot receive sound. When I run a system compatability check, it tells me that I do not have an audio card with a clock stability better that +/- .02%. Could someone please explain this to me or does anyone have any solutions. I am getting very frustrated (mostly do to the fact that it is impossible to reach ATI customer service.)

Did you run the ATI initialization wizard and set the input properly?

Listen to Hal and Bailey. Also, if you get a delay in the audio, you may have to go into the Windows audio properties and adjust the wav and line in.

When I go to initialize, I dont get a choice on what audio source to pick, they're all greyed out. Also, when I go to check my audio and video devices in the control panel, I am told that a driver isnt installed for the "Multimedia audio controller" now is this driver supposed to install with my sound or video card, or come standard with windows? Can anyone tell me how to obtain the driver?
