Ok I'm a day later, had to work last nite. I've installed the Pioneer Ao6 DVD drive and it came with Uleads software, MovieFactory 2. I haven't tried to do anything with it but play a DVD movie, Hearts in Atlantis actually, and no matter what I do it continues to play the closed captioning along with the audio. When I go back to the menu it will high lite the "NONE" but it stills does it.
The other player, and I don't where it came from, maybe along with integrated sound software, when I try to use it, says that I have a sound subsytem problem, here is the message "Error PL4014: Playback failed due to an error with the audio subsystem. Your currently installed audio driver may not be fully compatible with DirectX. Please close any DirectSound applications that are using the sound card." Any help would be appreciated.
