TV Card question

What kind of picture quality do these cards give compared to a normal TV? (I'm talking one of the decent ones, like a Leadtek 2000XP deluxe or AIW)

I use the AIW 8500DV in one machine, and an AIW Rage Pro 8MB in my second machine... picture quality is, IMHO, better.

I have an All-in-Wonder 9600 Pro and the quality is fairly good, I assume it depends on your monitor

TV 2000 gives a better pic than a regular TV. Don't know how it compares to HDTV.

i have a hauppage wintv go for a while now and it works perfect! tv-cards really are good these days , grasshopperbe als has an tvcard of other brands which works evenly fine ...maybe even better although it was bit cheaper then my hauppage.. just pay attention to the frequenties it works on ...(type of broadcast)
Grasshopperbe bought almost exactly the same as mine with just a letter different in the name for some sort of function and it didn't work that proper..he got distorted video or sound and all ...so really make sure u have the exact type u need

if you buy one make sure you have a backup of your driver-cd, the support and downloaddrivers for these cards are notoriusly bad
