Saphire Radeon 9800 pro
The saphire Radeon 9800 pro is 229.00 at new egg. All other companies have them at around 280.00 My question is whats the difference. I know that the saphire is bulk. But some others are OEM as well and still a higher price. Is there a reason for this?

Are they different brands? ie powercolor, ATI, etc.
Different amount of memory? 128MB vs 256MB? Different AGP speed? 4x vs 8x?

All the 9800 will be 8X AGP. Some of those cards come with other features that you may or may not use. Some diffs can be dual monitor support, SVID out, digital monitor out, TVout.

Well bulk is always cheapest because they get many more to sell.
