Two sound questions...
I'm having some sound issues that I'm trying to clear up:
1. If I buy 7.1 speakers, will they work on a 6.1 sound card? Everywhere I go, only 7.1 speakers are being sold. 2. If I have the Soundblaster Audigy 2 Platinum, will all the stuff that came with the Platinum work if I upgrade just the card to the ZS equivalent? |

1. You'd be losing the Rear Center channel.
2. Most likely no. |
