Play UDF DVD on console player???
My (console) DVD player can play video cd's containing mpeg video.
I have an mpeg movie to big for cd, and it wont work on video dvd option (nero) it says " file larger than 2 gigs needs to use UDF" If I burn the mpeg onto dvd using "UDF" option, will it work on console dvd player? If I go to "video dvd" option, it has "video ts" and "audio ts" folders, can I use mpeg for the video ts? is there a way to split the file into smaller ones so it fits? long story short... How do I get this mpeg movie on a dvd to play in console players? |

Yeah that's how DVDs work. The streams are split into multiple files, each no bigger than 0.99 gigs.
You can make the video into a DVD, yes. If your version of Nero has DVD authoring ability (version 6 maybe?) then yes you would put it all in the video_ts folder, the audio_ts folder is needed for backwards compatibility with very old players but is never used. |
