What options about my GeForce 4 MX 440 video card would cause my system to crash to a blue screen with the "system dump" information on it? Lately I have been crashing my first two or three times starting up and then it stabilizes, but today, I was crashing every attempt. I decided to exit out of the startup program that involves my vid card that runs in the background and it didnt crash. I need to know what is causing me to crash, it obviously involves teh vid card. In fact, the blue screen message suggests disabling the vid card as a cure for the problem. Any thoughts?
Thanks adrianse |

You probably don't really need that vid card related program running in the backround, I would just leave it disabled if that solves the problem...
