Well I got my Sapphire Radeon 9800Pro 256mb card the other day. I took the ATI 9800xt bios and flashed the card. I now have the OverDrive feature in control panel. I don't care much for the OD thingy, so I won't be using it.
I think this card has the R360 core. When I saved my original bios I opened it in Radedit and it says "R360 Hynix DDR BIOS W THERMAL CONTROL - P/N 113-A18805-105" Anyway, I can only get 411mhz on the core b4 artifacts but I think its the cheap cooling fan this card has. My memory OC'ing well at 750mhz with no artifacts. I'm gonna leave it at 411core and 750memory until I can get a good cooler for it. Well I just wanted to share my joy.

Slapped my VGA Silencer on and running at 420core and 380memory.. I was able to go 420/400 but after looping nature test and wings of fury four times each, then running the full 3dmark03 bench I started to get artifacts.
I think I see ramsinks in the near future and possibly water cooling.. muhahahaha
