I suggest the 9800 Pro. Is the 5900SE different than the 5900 Ultra? Either way go with a 9800 Pro.

ya the 9800 Pro. You can flash the 5900SE bios to a 5900 and maybe the 5900 ultra if you are lucky.

Remember that he wants something under 200 USD. I would suggest the PowerColor Radeon 9700 Pro at Newegg for 196 USD. Otherwise, the Sapphire Radeon 9800 PRO 128 is about 220 USD - a better performance than the 5900 SE from a sizable margin, but more expensive. The same can be said for the 9700PRO - better than the GF, but a few dollars more.

Hope that helps,
kram
