Camcorder format with 9600 Pro
I have a Sharp VL-A45 camcorder with the small tapes (8) and wonder if someone can tell me the format to select with an ATI 9600 Pro to capture the video, thanks.

Depends on what you'd like to do with the video once it's capture. For example, if you want to burn the video(s) to DVD, then capture in MPEG-2. If you want to edit together a montage of clips, I'd suggest capturing in AVI since most editing programs handle AVI's better than MPEG-2.

I will use Pinnacle to capture the video and edit then burn it to a CD, I'm having a problem getting the video to display thru the card and onto the PC. The ATI video player has different formats to select I thought that might be where the problem was. In essence I can't capture it if I can't get it in, thanks.
