xvid.ac3 problems
I recently downloaded an xvid.ac3 movie and I am having some problems. I downloaded both the xvid and ac3filter codecs and here are my problems. The video skips frames at times and the sound is not very loud at all. I have turn my speakers all the way up just to hear the dialogue. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? My specs are listed below. Keep in mind mp3's and other sounds are loud as hell when i turn the speaker up but the ac3 is so low

Yup. Low bitrate during capture, and/or it's been re-encoded at a non-standard framerate.
Many places encode at 14.985fps, half the standard 29.97fps. Result is jerky video. |
