Boom video card power/other problem

Intro:
I'm a noob builder :-)
I'm a long time comp tinkerer.

Parts:
Intel mobo D875PBZ
Intel cpu 2.8Ghz
Radeon 9600 Atlantis 256MB DDR ram video card
Kingston Ram 2x 512 MB

Problem (Supposed to be a Test Boot):
1. I get no signal from the computer to the monitor.
The monitor self checks & says it is ok, must be a comp related problem...
2. I don't know how to connect power to the card b/c it has three pins and a floppy power source has four pins. (My card came with no cables).

Stuff I've tried:
New AGP card.
Checked cables & connections.
(The cpu & case fans work.)

I hope that is the essential information.

Any help is appreciated.
