Post your specs.
If your motherboard has an AGP slot you can upgrade. If it doesn't then there are pci cards but I'm not sure how much of an improvement you'd get. Sorry on-board graphics don't tweak. If it's using system memory then adding more of it would help, provided your motherboard and OS will allow it, but otherwise you're stuck. |

Generally speaking, MOBOs with integrated video don't have AGP slots. I would have to say that you might be stuck with the GF 4MX, unless you intend on getting a new MOBO.
Sorry, kram

That's an NVidia video integrated board he's got and, while I'm not sure that all of them had AGP slots, all the ones I've seen have them. Is it possible that you're thinking of the Intel integrated graphics boards? They're the ones that seldom have AGP slots. |

i think all you need to do is go into bios and see if theres an option in advanced chipset features of "frame buffer size."
youll notice its at 32, and what it is is how much memory is allocated to your onboard video shared from the system memory. if you have 512 mb of ram, upping the buffer size to 64 is an ok move--wont make much difference though as onboard video sucks royally. |

mike - the NForce2 onboard video is not that bad - it IS a GF4MX, not the greatest gamer, but it doesn't "suck royally". It will blow away the top end cards from just a few years ago, I guess you don't remember when a TNT2 Ultra with 32mb was the cat's meow.
