LCD Displays
Hello to everyone -
I have a question pertaining to LCD displays. I have been researching LCD displays for some time and have seen that LCD's are obviously competing with CRT's. I use my computer for heavy gaming, and am looking to save some space by getting an LCD. I recently checked out a 17" Apple Studio Display. These things look cool, but does anyone have any experience using these with heavy gaming? I am just looking for one solid LCD display that kicks ass for gaming. Any help is really appreciated. I apologize if we are not allowed to speak of Apple here! Thanks.... |

I know someone who uses a 20" cinema display for video editing and says that it doesn't ghost at all. Odds would be that the apple display would work fine for gaming, most of the recent LCDs have no problems with gaming - especially high end ones like the Apples. My parents have a Mitsubishi DiamondPoint NX85 hooked up to their Alienware (dad's a bit of a gamer) and when I use it I can't notice the difference between it and a CRT.
Long story made an Apple display should have no problems for gaming. |
