AOL sucks
Hey everyone, I am new here and my username says it all.
My brother in law is currently using AOL and after taking his PC to the shop due to a problem he was having with his log-on screen being frozen, he hasn't been able to log on to the net. Every time he tries to go on, it gives him the following message: Attempt 1 [new dial up location 1] unable to connect to the AOL service (02-04009). We have uninstalled his AOL and reinstalled it, we've tried to re-install his drivers, we've hooked up a new ethernet card but still having the same problem. All the connections look ok but have not had any luck. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated. By the way this is an awsome site!! |
