IE background?
I noticed some people have nice backgrounds on their Internet Explorer (up where the menus and toolbars are).
How do I change my boring gray to this? TIA.

For some reason I can't remember how to change the texture only but I used to have a texture on mine. WebBlinds will do more than just change the texture. Wincustomize.com has lots of skins.
