A issue with Firefox .09
When I first installed Firefox it took to my system very well however I'm not sure how my system is taking to it.
At first when I would click a link in MS Outlook Firefox would open it without question (I told it to be the default browser) however Outlook would prompt me for a "Link Browser" path. every time. I got sick of that so I pointed it to the Firefox EXE. Now when I click a link in MS Outlook it open 2 firefox browsers to the same URL. Help me out here I really like the Firefox for what It will work with (My Oracle is a no go untill I figure that out) and would like to continue to use it.

I don't know. I use Firefox on my SuSE box and have had simular issues. I suggest you go to the firefox discussion group (should have a link under help or bookmarks already) and put the question up there. I would be interested to hear what comes out of this

I would first try uninstalling and reinstalling. If you had a previous version of FireFox installed before you installed 0.9, did you uninstall the previous version?

I did not have a previous version (on this PC). I will try reinstalling.
I did check the Forums at Mozilla and found one persone offering a reg patch however this did not fix it. |
