fqpissed can't access chat rooms

Whats up everyone.

Something seems to be wrong with my yahoo! chat.
My girl has been trying to log on to the chat rooms but everytime she tries it keeps giving her this error:
DHTML was unable to load correctly, (no voice object). Press enter to return to the chat front page.
I checked our parental controls just in case something was changed but our settings are still without restrictions. I tried using "help" in yahoo but that doesn't help at all. I also thought about sending yahoo an email explaining to them the problem, but I thought I would ask the real experts first.

Is this Yahoo! Messenger you're talking about? If it is, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling it. Sometimes script errors can occur while downloading and can mess the program up.

Im actually talking about the yahoo web page. There are different options that you can choose from and chat is one of them. When she clicks on chat, it tries to connect but then it gives her the error message. It was working fine but it suddenly stopped working. Chat in messanger does seem to work fine though.

If she's running Norton Personal Firewall or Norton SystemWorks or Norton Internet Security, see this page for possible solutions.

As it says at the bottom of that page, some popup/ad blockers can also create the problem she's having.
