port problems

I'm using shoutcast to try to set up an internet radio station, however I'm getting an error saying that I have to disable internet sharing, there is only two connections in my networking folder, a 1394 connection and my broadband connection which is a usb modem. On both of these connections in the advanced tab the option for internet sharing is disabled. The windows xp firewall is off and I'm running norton internet security which is set to allow the server software and winamp to use the ports 8000/8001 so it's not norton. The shoutcast site is saying it can't see my computer, any ideas? Please help
