No incoming TCP connections, help plz

Hey, I'm on a Toshiba 1.1ghz laptop out here on vacation in California. WinXP Home SP2 (beta). I just installed WinMX and said that it couldnt get an Incoming TCP Connection, so I turned off the new WinXP SP2 firewall, retried, and same thing happened. Anyone know why I'm not getting any incoming tcp connections?

edit: ** ISSUE RESOLVED ** - enabled dmz on my lan ip, gg routers :P
