comcast email

ok so my parents are saying when they try to send an email they get kicked off it and get this error messege (i dont know what it says yet ill get that when they show it to me). does anyone know whats going on? bug or something?

No way to tell without the error message.
Is it a new setup or have they been using it for a while?

Yes. Did you just get Comcast or have you had it and it is just now saying this. Are you also using comcast's webmail service or checking it through something like Outlook Express?
