Spyware (?) that blocks web site access
About a year ago, approximately, I had a problem where I couldn't get to a few web sites. Mostly it happened when I tried to search on Yahoo. I could get to Yahoo's main page but if I typed in a search, I would get a 404-type web page.
It turned out there was some file or something that was on my computer, like spyware, that was preventing it. I had to edit the file and then it worked fine. Anyway, I think the problem is back, but I can't remember how I found the file. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or where the file might be, etc.? |

Do you have Adaware and Spybot on your system? You should download them both and run them. Probably will solve your problem.
