What really chaps me more than anything are websites that you go to and they disable the back button to keep you on their site. This is like me walking into a store and them locking the door on me. I will not ever buy anything from a site that does this. You can get off of their site by either double-clicking the back button or right-clicking on the back button and selecting the previous view.
